It never bottomed out. It's a stock B16 with a comptech header, 255lph fuel pump, and straight exhaust. The first pass I made, I missed third. 16.3 quarter mile time.

The second time I nailed it and got a 15.

The guy said that his dyno was off by .4 either way. I think I can do better on a real track.

Did not get HP or Torgue. I paid for the quarter mile test. It was $10 for the 1/4, $10 for Hp and torque. I just did the quarter cause he said straight out that it wasn't 100% accurate.

LOL. Whatever do you mean? It's not supposed to do that?

No, the seats are Recaro knock-offs that were in it when I bought it. He tried to bolt the factory sliders to the seats and rigged it up. There is like two bolts holding each seat in.

Saving my pennies for my Sparco seats, harnesses, and sliders. I've got a hook up for the whole she-bang, but it's still around a grand.

Neil, not trying to cut you down but it sounds like you need to practice a bit more. In both runs you hit rev limiter and bounced off it 3 times in one then 4 times in the other. You lose 3 or 4 tenths when that happens.

I remember the first time I went to the track with my 93 prelude si non-vtec I hit 15.9 with header and exhaust while stock time was 15.6. With more practice I eventually pulled a 15.2

^^^i understand. That was the first time I actually "raced" anything besides morons on the street. I'm not used to "trees" and timers and such. I'll be the first to admit I need practice!!!!

Well, by that statement you actually recognize that you were once a moron as well. LOL sall good long as you are a moron no more. Heck, I was the biggest moron at one time. Actually more than one time cuz I totaled 2 of my cars and an opponents mustang in 3 separate idiotathons.

Back on track... I can hear those slow upshifts costing you a couple tenths as well. Don't slam gears but try shifting a lil faster. Also don't listen to anyone about just "blipping" the clutch for a faster shift cuz that will destroy your synchros. Trannys are not fun to take apart.
