See the little discontinuity in the otherwise smooth surface of the solder around the pin? That's the crack in the joint. All you really need to do is heat it up with an iron until the solder flows again. If you want it to last, put some more solder on it as well. You can see how the one that failed has less solder than some of the others on the same board.
FWIW I had to fix this same problem on a power supply board in my oven, it seems to be a pretty common failure in circuit boards of this type.
