Im running a straight pipe on a d15b vtec in my 88 crx HF. Would I get better performance from the straight pipe or a high flow cat with a cat back

The only thing you'll gain from a straight pipe/test pipe is a nasty odor out the exhaust and a failed emissions test, even if it's just a visual inspection.
