...because mon-fri I hate waking up to the sound of my alarm clock at 6am. I'm tired and don't want to budge no matter if I got 8hours sleep. But... on the weekends, my broken body clock will most times wake me up before the time my alarm clock usually does no matter if I only got 4hours sleep. Why do I hate me so much?
Oh, then sometimes I'll wake up at 2am and toss and turn til 6am before I can go back to sleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night and do not fall back asleep within the first 10 seconds, I'm likely in trouble. It's as if given more than 10 seconds to cycle, my brain disengages out of sleep mode and I'm screwed.
Any other insomniacs out there?
