Neutral saftey switch location

Hello all. I am adding a remote start to my manual CRX, and need to know the location of the neutral saftey switch, so I can disable it. The owners manual is obviously no help. I tried searching but came up with one post that wasn't available anymore. Thanks in advance.

OK so maybe it's called something different. It's the switch that wont allow you to start the vehicle unless the clutch is depressed. Where is THAT located?

I guess I asked for that

There's your answer.
On the clutch pedal.

Crawl under the dash, look at the pedal assembly, you'll see a small switch.
Not sure wich color the lead is. But you can easily tap into it.
Thanks man. I'm assuming it'll just be a 2 wire switch that is normally open. If so i can just short the 2 wires together.

I appreciate the help sir.
that switch tirggers a relay that cuts power to the starter. It is located just above the hood release lever, mounted to the sidewall. You can open it up and jumper it to bypass it in order to achieve what you desire. This way you don't have to worry about that relay failing later.
what year is your crx. the 88's did not have a clutch saftey switch. 89-91 did though.

Cool. I'd rather short the relay than the switch. Good lookin out. Thanks man.
