Ok, so this summer, i am going to try to save up enough to do a swap. i'm a power guy and the d16 just isnt pushin. I've been looking, and i kinda like the H22 idea. Seems like the most HP for the buck. But i've herd theres clearence issues. I would settle for a B16, 18, or 20. I'm looking to have a bit more than 1.6 liters though.

Which swap would be cheepest/most powerfull/easiest

I am a swap virgin but i know my way around an engine, so i could tackel anything. Any info is welcomed. Thank you.

there are a few different ways to tackle a H22 swap now. Explicitspeed on HT has mounts for $450. some welding required, fits under stock hood, one custom axle needed.

hasport kit is 700+ 2 custom axles fits under hood fine.

H2B. Custom hood required, uses b series tranny, axles, starter, int shaft, clutch etc..

I am loving my H22 so far. If I make it to N12....Free rides for Community members  and a lucky few may get to test drive it
