OK since I need to get rid of my old muffler because it is sound enhancing. I was thinking is a oem style dual tip muffler. Could I just unweld the old muffler then weld a new one on there or is there a proper way to do it?

EDIT

OK I just looked and maybe I could buy this part: 18307-SH3-J25
Then weld that baby on there. If this is the case then is there a place to get something like that for cheaper than $150CAN? Cause I think thats what it would cost for an OEM one.

Here is what's currently on my car:

You should be able to pick up a generic muffler at a muffler shop and have them weld it on in the stock location, add a tailpipe and a tip for around the price of the OEM muffler alone.

True that, just had it done a couple months ago. Just tell them you can get the muffler assembly for XX dollars and they should match up the price for ya, that's what I did. Plus I even got a few feet of new pipe before the muffler.
