How do you like that Ridgeline man? I'm trying to convince my dad to get one, he loves Hondas but he needs a truck (lives in the sticks in NH). He has a 89 accord that's beat, and a 89 suburban that he loves. I'm getting him interested in the Element, but he just asked about the Ridgeline yesterday when he saw me looking at the pic of yours on here.

for a 'city' truck, i'd say the ridgeline is perfect.

if your dad lives out in the sticks, he should get a big ass 4x4 turbo diesel.

It's not that bad, but he lives on a small mountain and it can be difficult for non trucks and non CRXs to get up to the house in the winter. Also he uses it to carry crap around, go to the dump, etc. I have three sisters too, though 2 of us are out of the house and one will be very soon, but there are occasions when he needs the seating. He also usually helps me or my sister move to and from school (UMass/RPI). He's not like plowing with it or anything. A few of his friends have Toyota trucks as their main vehicle (V8 Tundra, Highlander, and a couple T100s) and they get the same stuff done. He really wants a Honda because the Accord (the only Honda I don't like) has been so abused but keeps on going, it's definitely a good show of Honda reliability.
