No, seriously. NUTS!

They're EVERYWHERE! I heared a rattling every time I turned on my heater but wasn't sure what it was. Lastnight on the ride to work, I tried to open the vent, and noticed it was sticking shut. So today I popped the vent out to see what the probelm was, and you guessed it... NUTS!

So I could have shopvac'd em out of there, but that's what they'd expect me to do. I thought it would be more fun to drive 90mph and open the vent. Bad idea...

OOPS!

HA HA! :lol:

So, next time you have a nutty little problem, suck it up and take care of it.
Blowing off the problem only makes a bigger mess in the long run.

You may want to go through the rest of the system to make sure you got all of those nuts out. We could add that to the garage day. Im sure someone wouldnt mind helping you suck your nuts out. :lol:

It was just in that vent. I think from where it was setting, he had the vent open to "outside" and the lil vermin got in and make a home there. The little door was blocking off the interior portion of the heater ducts, so I haven't found any nuts in any place but the driver's side vent.

It's pretty much all cleaned out (of the vent) now. I haven't vac'd the car yet, I kinda like that rugged outdoor look all over. LOL.

You Do realize, that there is a squirell out there missing his nuts... next time it goes into ur car, it gonna wonder what happened to its nut shells!... Think Of The squirel!Ahaha Jk.... That actually sucks!

I've had that happen before where I open the vent and junk flies out...I think a couple times on the way to work. Never that bad though!

Stef bought the HF from a guy who lived within sight of the beach. I thought we cleaned it pretty well... but then I took it down to Matt's a week or two later and turned the vents on full blast and got a sandstorm in the face!
