The Si pedal set is a little beefier than the DX/HF set, which have been known to break.

Any chance htat this couldn't just be welded and reinforced to be stronger than the Si would be? I'm planning a GSR swap and I'm a bit afraid of the issues that could arise here.

I've already got a squeaky setup with the clutch, which I'm hoping is a loose bolt but have yet to have the time to sit down and investigate.
