hey im thinking of downing power windows and locks on my soon to come CRX. think i can do it? if so where can i get the parts/kits to do so? D0wnest if you read this holla at me on AIM if you know how to do this kinda stuff.

You can definitly do it. I put both power windows and locks in my car in a day. I picked up the parts on ebay (generic power lock kit and Spal window kit). If I were to do it all again, I'd try and pick up the OEM power windows that came in the JDM and EDM(?) rexs. I'll try and find what few pictures I took and get them posted to help out.

Joel, was your lock actuator the type that simply has 2 wires going to it but requires 5 wire reverse polarity via 2 relays?

i just posted the PN's and stuff for a remote start/keyless power lock kit, these use the door servo's with the 2 wires that reqire 2 30AMP SPDT 5-pole relays to reverse the polarity.

If I remember right, the solenoids were 5-wire in. Both solenoids tied into a central control box, which I'm assuming is just for the purpose of spliting power to the two doors and to interpret the switch signal. I'll find the pictures...unfortunately, they're on my folk's computer, so it might be a couple days.

5 wires in is probably a blessing compared to 5 wire reverse polarity.

I had no schematic and had to figue it out myself. If anyone reading is in need of reverse polarity wiring instruction, PM me.
