Sorry I'm a noob!

I just bought a set of enkei rs6 wheels and tires for my crx. Where can i find the cheapest lug nuts so i can mount them. the stock ones dont work, i need something recessed.

Also, should most tire places be able to balance them?

Yes, any wheel/tire shop will be able to balance your wheels. Shouldn't cost too much depending on where you live. You might ask them whether they do a balance about two axis or just one, not that it really matters for street driving, but I'd jsut be curious, mainly because i'm a tool.
You can prob also pick up the lug nuts at a wheel/tire shop. Just make sure they have the correct taper on the ends for your type of wheels, but the wheel/tire people should know what to give you.
