I'm going to be taking my head to a machiene shop to bet it resurfaced, and while I was dissasembeling it i realised that I couldnt get the spark plug tubes out. I'm talking about those long tubes that house the plug wire and boot. Do these come off? Or do I even need to take them off?

I cant see anyreason why you would need to take them off. .. . I am not sure But I would imagine that they ae a taper fit or are presses into there... . . as to not allow oil to sneak its way into them. ..

I would just let them go. . . they are not supposed to just pull out. . .

You do bring up a good question though. . . . . .anyone know more about them ? ? ?

Apprediate it. I just dont know much about the machiens they use to mill heads. And i though they may get in the way. But i'm sure theres a way to work around it. Yea, I didnt want to try to force it.

yeah that is the only thing i was thinking too as if the machine needed to grip the hed on top somehow they would hit. . .
