I'm looking to pick up an Si distributor for my MPFI swap on my Dx. I have a friend willing to loan me his spare one, but he said it has a bad ignitor.

Can I use my Dx's good ignitor in the Si distributor?

Also, what's a used distributor going for now days?

yes you should be able to use the si igniter in the dx dizzy, i used a hf igniter in my dx so i dont see why not. You can also use the igniter from other cars too

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Part numbers are the same for dx and Si. Just make sure you use the brown one if possible, the black ones were the known bad ones.
