The way that I have always done it is to disconnect the wiring grommet at both ends and then tie the wires you want to feed through to the end of a coat hanger push that through and then pull the wires into the door, and then reseat the grommet.

Have you guys ran new speaker wires into the doors?
after 27+ years i imagine it would make a pretty substantial difference - especially since my passenger side periodically drops out. I'm mostly worried about getting through the door grommets and not creating another leak. any tips?
