I found this and thought you guys may be interested to see how different cars are classified. I looked it over and it seems to be a very good list. Check it out

http://www.moutons.org/sccasolo/Lists/2005/stockc.html

CRXs are classified as G-class.
Keep in mind these classifications are for cars with NO aftermarket parts.

the next link gives a list of modified-car classes and their rules on what you can change.

and finally the 2005 National Solo rulebook in .pdf format

actually the stock classes are for cars that can have mods, the scca allows ALOT in 'stock' class, race tires, sway bars, coil overs, setup changes, strut bars, different seats, that's about it, cold air intake, i think that's it

I'm sorry. You are misinformed. Stock class allows front sway bar changes, damper changes (not springs), no strut tower bracing, you must use stock seats, you can run any cat back, all liquids are up for grabs, you can run any brake pad, you can't run an intake (just the filter).

Just visit www.scca.com to get all the info you need including more recent rule books in pdf.
