Anyways, how does an aftermarket suspension affect those with the 88 crx with the ITR suspension in the rear? I've heard that a drop (or any other setting differen't than a stock set up) would hurt the ITR and it would loose its purpose. Is this true? If so what type of set up would be good?

Where in the world did you read that drivel?
Unless you are talking about dropping the car 4+ inches I say you should be fine.
If you are looking to tighten up the rear end pick up a ES bushing set.
Now from what I read you already have ITR rear struts and springs?
If not theres a lot of reputable suspension companies out there.(OP,Koni,Tein)
