doesnt the hatch glass cost alot?? thats why i figure it is going to be valuable.
I'm sure he wouldn't sell it to you or me since we are local. He would still charge us shipping. He is tyring to make all his money on shipping so he doesn't have to pay ebay a large listing fee.

The big question is:
Do all the defroster lines work?

I get a striped effect, which is cool for those days I drop L, but on cold\misty day's that I'm not, it blows.

I would pay 10x as much if the defroster worked.
I'd even drive down to get it.
I drove from here to Connecticut foe seats in "mint" condition (they werent :rolleyes1: )

i was told that you can buy a fix for that. its a liquid you paint on over the break in the line. every line carrys a voltage source you can trace it with a test light once you find your break in the line clean it up, tape off and paint... thats so im told ive never done it or seen the product.

i busted out the back glass in my original hatch. had to drive around for 2 months with cardboard over the whole untill i paid 200 bucks for a new hatch... that was 6 years ago. today i have 3 sitting in my back yard that i got for free just incase.

I've done that, I had to repair one of my defroster lines. You can buy a $10 kit for it at any good auto parts store. It comes with tape to mask off the area and a conductive copper paint.
