I have a line on a Sparco upper strut bar, fully adjustable for my rex. He wants 100 plus 30 shipping. Its in good shape, just some scratches.

Is it worth it? Or should I look somewhere else?

I wouldn't get an adjustable/hinged strut bar.
If you want an upper strut brace, get a solid bar, such as a Neuspeed one.
