I tow my CRX behind a motorhome.
When I do, it racks up the miles on the Odomitmeter.

Is there a fix so it will show the miles when I drive but NOT when I tow?

I fuse to pull or a switch I can install or ????

Pull the speedo cable.
You can simply reach under the intake manifold, into the tranny case, and gently wiggle the cable out.

Put it back in when you drive, or you'll get a code 17.

If you're flat-towing, I would leave it in. I know you don't want the miles on the car, but remember that you ARE putting wear on all the suspension, wheel bearings, transmission, etc.
