If you soak the cover in hot water for a few it should be able to stretch to allow the cover to be moved over the wheel.

Ok another wierd Q from me but I how do I install a steering whell cover???
It is a 100% vinal cover and i can't seem to be able to get it around the steering wheel.

yay for cool little tips like that! when i had one, i remember struggling with it forever to get it on.
I remember doing mine on my 86, and I ended up using a blow dryer.... took me forever.... but I guess hot water would probably work better cuz then you can heat the whole thing instead of in pieces like with a hair dryer.... but ill remember that next time
