Where are people buying them from online? I see the four-thousand or so knock-offs on EBAY, but I want one that does not have any play in it. A friend of mine has one in his spec Miata that is really nice, but it is really expensive. I am also looking for a good steering wheel to match. Does anyone know if someone is making a quick release that is splined to fit the CRX so that the wheel is not moved any closer to me?

I got my NRG QR from weaksauce....I used it in conjunction with an EG hub to keep it farther back. the EG hub is shorter by quite a bit.

The NRG unit works really well.

Did you have to modify much to get the adapter to fit on the CRX? It says something the Weaksauce website about modifying it to fit.

I had a grant EG hub, i got the NRG QR and bolted it all on, no mods.

If you use the EG hub alone without a QR then your fingers will hit the blinker stalk and washer stalk, but with the QR it will be fine. I am using a normal CRX Momo hub, and it spaces it a bit, but I like having the wheel closer.
