Hey guys. I have an 89 Crx Si and I want to remove the sun visor that is infront of the sunroof. I was wondering if this would be a difficult task. Are there any bolts or anything that hold it on? As well when I remove it how hard is it to remove the glue, and will it leave a spot on my roof showing that there was a visor there? Thanks.

Yeah its just the factory one. It looks as if its just held together with glue or something, it cant be that hard I was just worried the glue or whatever wouldnt come off easy. I might be able to get some pics I just have to borrow my friends digital camera.

A heat gun should take care of the glue. There might be some clips involved as well. Should probably get those pics up first though.

The factory sunroof visor is held on by two clips that are fastened to the sunroof visor by two screws and two nuts. There shouldn't be any glue holding it on. Just use a phillips screw driver to hold the screws still and loosen the nuts underneath with a 10mm wrench.
