I own a b18a1 swapped crx and I'm trying to get the heat to work, I do not know where the hoses should connect, not to mention that they are cut and crimped.

Thats not a heater hose, thats AC hose.

Heater hose comes out the thermostat housing towards firewall( heater core) and from heater core to climate control valve and back of the head below distribitor.
If they are conected, your heater core might be clogged up.

Assuming the water thermostat is there. And operational.
