I'm going to be buying a bike (hopefully soon), and I'm trying to decide between these colors. I keep going back and forth. What do you guys think looks better? The red on white? Or the black on red?

What? You don't like the yellow/black? That is my 3rd choice. I'd be happy with that color scheme.crxgator said:silver and red, or silver and black...i got stuck with yellow and black...
Yeah, you CAN. But I love the stock look on a bike. If it's in perfect condition with the original paint, it means it's never been down, and the previous owner(s) took great care of it. And I love RED! I'm actually leaning more toward the white/red combo because it's a lot more rare. Plus, studies have shown that motorcycles in white are easier to see on the road in all lighting conditions. But like I said, I keep going back and forth.SETI20 said:Altho I'm extremely biased towards black, I don't think the red/black combo looks good.
Can't you get a damaged one and have it painted completely black?
i guess the only thing good about the yellow is that it ISNT Y-49... :lol:crxfisher said:What? You don't like the yellow/black? That is my 3rd choice. I'd be happy with that color scheme.crxgator said:silver and red, or silver and black...i got stuck with yellow and black...
Welp, red/white sounds like it fits me.chet90si said:The red/black is something I imagine a younger/wilder person riding, while I can better picture a family-oriented mid-30's guy driving the white/red one as a weekend toy.
Anyone else with me here, or am I just a weirdo??![]()

I was thinking the same thing. My friends all have bright colored bikes (reds, blacks, K green, ect) while my dad's friends all ride white, green, blue, ok, and one has a red one.chet90si said:The red/black is something I imagine a younger/wilder person riding, while I can better picture a family-oriented mid-30's guy driving the white/red one as a weekend toy.
