I don't mean rare stuff like floormats, louvers, center consoles, etc. I mean regular items that are becoming increasingly hard to find. Lately I've been buying all the ICUs I can find at my local salvage yards. I currently have four. Two have clearly burned terminals. Two seem to be in good working order. I've also picked up a spare PM6 ECU. Like every true EF fanatic I have a spare Main Relay in my glove box and a couple more in my garage. Other stuff that's becoming nearly impossible to find - rear disc e brake cables, original Sumitomo plug wire sets, and pretty much every molding or clip that came on our cars.

I sure wish I hadn't passed on buying a couple of decent parts cars over the years. Now they are selling for major $$$ in my area. So what CRX parts are you saving for a rainy day?

I have a complete set of 88-89 side mouldings. The dumb thing is that I bought them by accident thinking they were 90-91, which is all I've ever owned. I never buy 88-89 CRXs but I don't want to part with them either.......just in case.

What isn't discontinued for these cars? lol
Were louvers an OEM option for the EF chassis? I want to get a set of metal ones made for my car.

Some random stuff I've picked up over the last decade:
JRSC w/aftercooler (rebuilt and ported).
Mugen kit, and spare side skirts and wing.
EC Works mirrors (Mugen)
Mugen pedals.
Mugen suspension.
Feels ECU.
Feels I/H/E.
Feels hood.
Feels lug nuts.
Two sets of new mud flaps. On the fence about modifying a set to fit with the Mugen kit.
OEM window visors.
Access mirror covers.
Access trash can.
Access floor mats front and rear.
Spare USDM rear interior and a spare JDM rear seat.
The little spoiler thing on the front windshield wiper.
EDM black leather with red stitching door cards (LHD)

I'm sure there is some other stuff I'm overlooking.

I have a set of 1988 seat pans and rails. No plans on using them either. They're not out of an '88 though, they came from a 1990 CRX 1.6i-VT which I believe has the same rails as an '88 USDM model IIRC

Correct. It had to do with the seat belt style.
While the rest of the world stuck with pillar mounted belts, because of US regulations, we in the US have door mounted belts for 89 Si/Dx and all of 90-91 models, which is the reason for the difference in seat mounting.
