You already burn that clutch up? :D There are some good kits on ebay for not a bad price. Gripforce has a Exedy clutch kit, with the throwout bearing and pressure plate. It also comes with a F1 Racing lite flywheel. Its a stock replacement, and not a bad one at all, I think you can get them for around 250.

Some one told me that if you put a light wieght fly wheel on a stock single cam, that not only would you go through more gas but, when you launch, it would feel real sloppy, and it would hurt you more than help you. Is this true?

The only thing a light flywheel will do that's detrimental is make starting from a stop a bit harder. The lighter mass carries less momentum, so the clutch is more capable of stopping your engine. You may have to "re-learn" how to launch your car, but sloppy is just the wrong word. If anything, it should feel crisper.

I have no idea how it's supposed to make you go through more fuel either, that's just inane. Tell your friend to get a clue. It should actually use a little less, the same way that lighter wheels will improve your fuel economy, as the energy required to accelerate it is less.
