What is the part I've circled in the pic?



I have a 91 Si and I dont seem to have this part in my car.

Looks like an aftermarket alarm to me, or possibly cruise control. CRXs don't have anything in that spot from the factory. EFs with power steering have the PS fluid reservoir there.

thanks guys. I thought I was missing some part there because there's holes in my metal that match up with the mounting bracket for the alarm siren. previous owner must have had an alarm, makes sense too because there was an extra wire coming out of the driver side fuse panel.
