Okay, I have a set of Titanium Dual valve springs, with Titanium retainers and lower collars from web cams, and a Nippon Racing stage 2 cam which is supposed to be good from 1500 rpms to 7500 rpms, what Rpm's should I run with this set-up? the motor only has about 6500 miles on it since a full re-build and replacement of all bearings, overbored pistons, rings, and a polished crank.

thanks

Dual titanium springs? You mean titanium retainers and dual springs. I didn't think titanium is very springy?
Anyhow, I agree, you put it on a dyno and see where there is power but take into account what your bottom end can handle.

The engine is a relatively stock D16A6, it's got about 6000 miles since the last complete re-build, the bottom end is stock except for the pistons, they are oversized (20thousandths) oem pistons. as for the valve train, it's all oem at the moment, the springs have less than 6000 miles on them. I have read on either the crane cams website, or the web cam website that for their stage 2 cam, they recommend new oem valve springs, not necessarily an upgraded valve train. I do have a set of Web cam's valve train kit, dual springs and titanium retainers, with lower collars.
