now i'm not talkin' about the fender flares. but if i can't find the OEM style/fitment FG arch's. then i'll look into the flares.

I bought two wheel arches (right and left side) and two rocker panels (left and right side) for my new beater, a '90 Civic Si. I purchased the replacement panels from NAPA. They ordered them from:

http://www.crosscanadaparts.com/cgi-bin ... d=Gg3fyqv2

Shipped out of Windsor Ontario I beleive. I paid $36 for each Rocker Panel and $69 for each Wheel Well Arch. Prices are in Canadian Dollars and included shipping cost to my local NAPA.

FYI, the rockers were made in Canada and the Wheel Well Arches were made in Denmark.

is it possible to order from that website?
It doesn't seem to work from my mac in Safari or Firefox, it almost doesn't look like there are any parts available for our cars...
also do you have any pics of those parts you got? just curious on the quality...

I found the same thing. The page from the book looks like a Sherman catalog.. are they the same parts?

Hey Hank -

I have no problems navigating through the site using Safari 2.0.3. On the page that has the items listed - rocker panel, door skin, wheel well arch, etc. - there is an "Add to Cart" button. So I assume you can order right from the web site. I noticed that they're prices are quite a bit higher than NAPA's though...where I ordered the parts for my Civic from.

Som of the parts listed on the page are for the CRX. Some are listed as exclusions, such as the whole quarter panel skin. The rear wheel well arches they have are listed for the Civic Sedan and Hatch...but no CRX. The contours may differ between the Civic arches and the CRX arches. I can't say for sure or compare, as the rear wheel arches on my CRX are rebuilt.

The panels are good quality. Pretty thin metal...but no thinner than stock I believe. The panels are stamped out of Honda's old dye's. That's what I was told. They may need a bit of finessing and tweaking. I can get you pictures tomorrow in the light and do some measurements for you. Perhaps Bas can comment on the quality of them. The picture he posted is the same as the part I received.

I'm not sure of the Sherman catalog.

Hope that helps.

Cross canada requires you to have a membership to order directly. So any buisness that deals with them will order them for you.

The CRX quarters ARE differnet than the ones you can order off of there. There is a guy around me that has a set of civic rear quarter panels welded in and it looks fugly.

yeah, the civic ones are shorter... like the part that is flat between the arch and where it goes to the bumper. like 2" shorter IIRC.
