Has different part numbers. Both are 88 crx si but car is Canadian and the harness i found for sale is US. Does anyone know what differences there are between the 2?

Well I checked a Canadian honda parts website and a US website and found both chasis harnesses actually do have the same part numbers so should be completely interchangeable. At least for the 88 si. I didnt look up any other trims or years

If memory serves, 88/89 is the same but will not interchange with 90/91.

I think the USDM and CDM 88 Si share the same harness. The CDM 89 Si may also be a match. All other harnesses will have differences.

The USDM 89 Si will have numerous changes to support the door mounted seat belts.

The 90-91 harnesses have many changes from the 88-89 harnesses.

Si, DX, and HF each have a different harness even for the same year.

For a given trim and market 90 and 91 should be the same.

90-91 CDM harnesses will differ from the 90-91 USDM harness because the CDM cars have daytime running lights and do not have the door mounted seat belts.
