Wiring fix

ok well when i put my latest stereo in i got anxious and i cut the harness to put it in, i didn't buy the adapter........ dumbass i know, know i want to fix it, does anyone know of a factory plug rewire, i saw one on ebay didn't bid on it and now i can't find another one
