is this a recent problem i mean has the car ran before now? and how much boost are you running? from my general idea and im sure that if im wrong i will be corrected if your running too much boost then that could very well cause your car not to start and by taking off the valve cover it might be letting non compressed air into the engine.. and im totally admitting that i could be wrong.. but try disconnecting your downpipe from your intake manifold temporarily to see if you can start it that way with the valve cover on. thats my simi educated guess and as for it running rich.. a turbo requires a bit more fuel but that could also be your problem..

I traded a car for this crx. It did run when I bough it in June. I tool it to a shop Here called Pit-Stop because it started to over heat. They gave me a new head,t3 flange and new downpipe. They sayed I needed a thermastat. I installed my thermastat my self. It was ok for a while then It started over heating again. I noticed there was a big leak from the radiator. I did not drive it no more. It sat for 3 months in my driveway. I don't know how much boost I'm running. I don't have a boost controller. I do have a dc auto turbo timer and other gauges. I replaced the spark plugs today and it started right up. I turned it off and tried it and it did not start right back up. This is a home made turbo kit. I have replaced the starter, sparkplugs, wires, and distributer. I know you can't really help without really being here but I do apreciate it.
