1989 CRX 1.6i-16, take 2 and argh these seats

Well I got the exact same car back I had before Shouldn't really have sold it
(car on the right, not the cat on the left)



And please tell me how you're supposed to sit properly in these seats, they are extremely uncomfortable for me for long drives.
Is it because I'm quite short or that these headrests can't be adjusted ?

I'm not short, so maybe it's different, but I have had no issues with sitting in the stock seats for 7-8 hours at a time.

do an internet search for "automotive headrest bolster support" and you will find some products to head add some support hopefully

I never felt comfortable in these seats, I remember the seats of the 1st gen were fine tho.

What other Honda seats fit, I heard Civic and Type-R ones fit too?
I have the original seats on atm, drivers seat has a hole on the side, is it possible to fix that or is it screwed?

I still have another set of seats too like these, tho they are the same really, but with heating and red stiching. Maybe I can connect these on mine? Need to figure out if they need extra wiring.

Correct (of course), but not very difficult to do. There are several threads out there on seat rail adapters. You even have an opportunity to raise the seat that extra 10 cm you need to see over the steering wheel. Sorry, couldn't resist. I have nothing against short people. Some of my best friends are short.

I finally had money to repair at least half of the car, and took it to the body shop where they have worked on it earlier too.
Look at this shiny new butt! No more rust!
Maybe one day I can afford to have the rest restored too, but at least now the rear and the skirt panels(?) are healthy.


Oh and ignore the del sol wheels, didn´t like them and changed back to the sawblades

Finnish winter.
Runs great tho, starts right up after being on the block heater for a while.
Also found these sweet Honda alloys from the 80s, I think these were options for the 2nd gen Prelude.
Can´t see here, but also has a Mugen-style HKS Sport Exhaust system now

Also, upsides of visiting nothern Finland is that they don´t salt roads there, it´s too cold in the winter to be effective.
