Tire recommendation for Autocross

I am driving a 1987 CRX that was previously run in ITC class of SCCA. The car is to be used for autocross events. The vehicle came with several sets of old, worn-out Hoosier tires, 225/60R13 and 205/60R13. I am seeking recommendations for tires. The vehicle will be trailered to the events so no highway driving is needed.
Currently I am considering Toyo Proxes R888 or Toyo Proxes RR tires in 205/60R13 size.
What are your recommendations for a 13 inch autocross tire for a light CRX?

Pick up more Hoosiers if you can. Unless you're going to be running in a street-tire class, R-compound is the only way to fly.

Ditch the "60" series tires. You want Hoosier 225/45-13 or 255/40-13 (if you have wide enough wheels). And a Hoosier is still the best tire out there for an R-comp.

If you are experienced, cant go wrong with Hoosier A7's..

Hoosier A7. Ditch the 60 sidewalls. Hoosier has a great PDF where they list all the dimensions of the tires, find one that fits your nominal rim width.

Also, Post pics of your ITC crx!!! I've been dying to find an SCCA GT4 crx for sale somewhere. Oh how one can dream....

If your car conforms to IT rules, it runs in F Street Prepared.

Wheels and tires are unrestricted. I have a set of 13x9 Keizers with 255 Hoosier A7s.

Actually, I take that back. Wheels and tires are unrestricted in Street Prepared, but you are not allowed to mix and match rulesets. IT cars run in their respective SP class but the car still has to conform to IT rules, which means while you can run r-comp tires, there are limits to your wheel size. Back when I first got my CRX, it was ITE/X, and I was limited to one inch larger than stock and I think 6.5" width. The PO ran 205 Hoosier R6s when she raced it.

In all honesty, IT cars running in SP are not competitive.
