The plaid CRX is fast, very fast. And they're working on making it faster. Both drivers for that car are good drivers. If you can get an opportunity to ride with either one of them, make sure you do. The reason for the plaid (and the fake carbon fiber) is that the one driver owns a vinyl company, so they have open access to vinyl. The red CRX is a member on here as well (kupop) though he has been working on selling the rex. The 4th gen hatch has a dual cam ZC, I believe he's more about function than form, the muffler is hardly the worst looking part of the car. I've been seeing some of the aftermath of the rain fiasco on the message boards. I think I got the better deal by being at N16 from the sounds of it. We've autocrossed in the rain before, but if it gets too heavy, or if there's thunder and lightning, then there's nothing that can be done. I still need to get myself to a Farm Show event, they're supposed to be a lot of fun.

I definitely plan on trying to make the Hershey event in October.

I've got a set of 13" wheels that don't look too bad. Dealer option OEM Honda wheels. I'm not sure if they fit over Si brakes or not, I've never had an opportunity to try. They don't work with integra brakes, but the Si brakes are smaller. They're fairly light and tires are cheap, though there aren't too many choices for sticky tires. They make a good daily wheel. Let me know if you're interested.

Jw, did honda ever make any Si alloys, or just alloys, in 15in?
Because, I dont mind going 14's but 15's will give me perfect balance on height and driveability..
(sorry for threadjack)

EDIT: OEM honda, not just any alloys, im trying to go for the stock look, without 14 in. just 15 alloys honda wheels..
For our CRX's, largest is 14". Many newer Civics and Integras have 15" wheels available that would fit our cars. There are a lot of choices from the Integras, and the 99/00 Civic Si wheels are 15" and were also on certain year Civic EX's.

leaving my horn off. pretty much cut it out when i tucked the wires haha. i never use it.
PA State Inspection requires a working horn. I don't know how many shops actually check it...I can't recall checking too many horns when I was doing inspections...but doesn't mean you won't find someone who will.

I believe from what I heard there were 8 total, though not all at once. There was supposed to be one showing up after I left, not sure if they did or not. The CRXs were almost as strong on Sunday as well, with 6 total. I did a lot of ride-alongs on sunday and got to ride in both of the silver CRXs, VERY fast drivers, it was definitely an experience.

Wet and cold. Especially on r-comps. I spun out with my Azenis a few times on Saturday. Both days were great events, couldn't have asked for better weather. Usually the first and last events for SUSQ are windy, with some years requiring doubling up of cones so they don't move around. Unfortunate to hear about your troubles with the under 18 deal. I'm sure that's done to cover themselves. There's a lot that goes on that hangs in the balance for allowing autocross to happen.
