Hey CRX community. I’m new here and it’s great to be here, but sadly I must make my first post announcing I currently have a need to part ways with my first and only crx. I have another fun car that unfortunately demands all of my project funds for the time being.
The previous owner is a great guy and he loved this car dearly, as do I. We’ve collectively put some decent work into it, so him & I both would love to see the torch passed on to another caring enthusiast.
If anyone here is interested at all, I’m just going to keep it short here and provide you all with a list of what’s been done so far. I can answer just about any questions and I have receipts for almost everything.
-Previous owner stripped it of all rust and re-coated with a rustoleum primer and paint.

- Previous owner also put a d16a1 & 5-Speed from a 1989 Integra in it about 110k mi ago, after the original d15 blew.
Within the last 200 miles I’ve personally replaced:
-Valve Cover Gasket
-Oil Pan Gasket
-Both CV Axles
-Control Arms
-Sway Bar Bushings & Links
-Spark Plugs & Wires
-Rotors and Pads
I also did an oil change on the engine & trans (with a zinc additive as well) about 15 miles ago.
There are only 3 current issues this car has.
-Previous owner set up a custom fuel delivery system due to the original line rusting out. The pickup does not reach far enough in the tank, so It tries to stall under half a tank on slopes and hard corners.
-Rear passenger drum brake cylinder is bad and leaking.
-Master brake cylinder I believe is also bad. Brakes work but there is a lot of play even after being properly bled twice.
The previous owner also left me with a heap of spare/replacement parts for the car including the original A/C assembly (It does not have A/C in it) and a rear disc brake conversion kit. If you are curious as to what I have parts wise to be included with it, feel free to ask.
