i would have just used 1g teg fenders and made them fit ,but what you have done works too ,I think you should have used more fiberglass and got the shape with it then filled but seems like you allmost got it

check it out dude ,get yourself a 1st gen teg hood bro ,it looks awesome on a 3G ,so it would look even better on a firstgen i think

hmmmm...... i wonder what fenders and front bumper was used.... the integra fenders don't quite bolt on the crx.. but thats probably year differences.

the 84 to 87 civics fenders are different from the crx fenders...i have both ,allso the civic came with metal fenders over the crappy plastic ones the crx's did...I was going to put a civic front on my crx a while back but backed out just because, it was a bit more work than i wanted to do lol

The first gen integras allso came with steel fenders so i'm thinking that guy used half of each fender and welded them together int he middle ...just assumng here cause thats what most guys do with frontend conversions and what i am doing now ...

if thats a path u want to travel the civic fenders will work with a bit of cutting to match up with the curve of the crx door.ive looked into this and with some time it can be done...u would allso be the first or one of the first guys with steel fendered firstgen

i'm sure u do know then that first gen crx's in edm land came with pop ups right ? and can save u alot of headaches with doin what u are doing and bolt right on ...they can be had for pretty cheap ,but shipping sucks. i was going to install some on mine a few years back but when i got a quote for 300 shipping i said forget that lol

i'm not hating on what u are doing at all or trying to tell u what to do with your car,but offer some idea's since ive been messing with these old crx's since 02 and do alot of custom work now for others.its only 2 pages back u said u were going to use teg fenders,but now ur not and want to keep the pop ups and teg corners.Whats the point in that ? The whole teg front would look alot cleaner and be easier then trying to make crx parts that are plastic and old and brittle work with those lights
