Since both styles are discontinued and out of stock, they're going to be harder to find and are pretty much stuck with looking at the secondary market; eBay, other Honda forums classified section or possibly Craigslist.

 

I have a double din dash kit. It is set up for 2 full DIN units. (cd player and 2nd device.) Your going to have to use your own cigarette lighter adapter and ash tray. It has the CLA plug. but I had to cut the harness.

Are you looking for the fully open, JDM double DIN:

Or the split double DIN? Usually used to house the stereo head unit with an accessory factory EQ or CD player.

You could also look for a regular single DIN and make your own.

yeah baker i am looking for the fully open double din. I didn't even realize they had a double din like the one on the bottom, except for the eq one i've seen, not a factory honda cd player. looks good though. Thanks

 

Here is a "naked" split double DIN.

This unit is from a RHD car, notice the ashtray and lighter placement, opposite of the version from a LHD car.
These split double DIN units were available in nearly all markets as they were needed for the add on accessory EQ or Cd player.

 

I have seen several pop up on nwp, you can try there. Maybe even post a WTB thread.
Expect to pay no less then 100 bucks for a brand new bezel.

For those "split' din bezels above...I think it's confusing to call then "double din," as it doesn't actually have 2 full din spaces.
The upper space is a full din. The lower space is, as you said, designed for the oem equalizer or cd player...both of which are smaller than a full din space.

Yes, both spaces are full single DIN, separated by the thin divider strip. I'm holding one as I type this. And both openings in both slots are equal size. If you used the Honda EQ, in the bottom slot, instead of the DIN sized auxiliary CD player, you would also need the thick rubber adapter ring.

 

I do know that the true split double din exists. From the angle it's hard to tell if the "naked" one above it actually one of those. The installed one above that (with the oem cd player) is most definitely not a true split double din though.

Then I would assume that either:
A) You have the bezel that's "naked" above, or
B) The "accessory single din storage pocket" is actually shorter than a full din.

If you post a photo of the bezel that's in that installed pic, showing a measuring tape confirming that both slots are the same vertical dimension....I'm more than willing to admit I'm wrong.
Based on that photo above, the bottom slot definitely looks shorter than the upper slot.

I could take my pocket and head unit out to see if they swap into the others slot.

 

^lol. It took me a minute to realize what was going on with the quote.

I haven't held them in my own hands, I'm just basing this all on photos online....but yeah, to me it seems that there are 3 different din options. Hopefully your measurements can help confirm that.

After measuring mine here is what I got.

With these measurements, it leads me to believe there are only 2 versions of this piece out there, the full and the split.
I can't doubt Honda would make another one just to make up the extra .5" it's missing on the bottom slot.
